How a good breakfast benefits?


It is called body rest and hibernation mode. Breakfast meal is considered as the launch pad for whole day long activity and supply energy to body system for the day ahead.


It will give you the energy you need to get things done and help to focus at work or at school.


Luckily, there are some great Indian breakfast options to choose from like:




Dosa is a popular South Indian delicacy. Traditionally Dosa is served with samber, aloo masala and coconut chutney.


Mooli Paratha


A flat, thick roti filled with mooli (white radish) makes for a delicious and healthy breakfast alongwith curd and coriander/mint chutney. Parathas are also stuffed with aloo (potato), paneer and gobi (cauliflowers) too.



Piping hot, nutritious and delicious, it is traditionally cooked from dry roasted rawa. It can also be made with whole or refined ground wheat, vermicelli or oats and garnished with veggies and seasonings.




It is western India dish, Delicious Poha, made from flattened rice, It is the fast served dish with easy to cook, nutritious snack. Day start with Poha gives you utmost energy entire day. It is often eaten for breakfast or brunch. Add extra spice to poha garnishing it with Mint-Coriander Chutney! You definitely going to love it.


Puri bhaji


Puri Bhaji is prepared in almost all regions of India, with mild variations. Generally, the puris are made of wheat or maida and are served with a bhaji of potatoes perked up with everyday ingredients like onions, green chillies and lemon juice. Pickles make a fitting accompaniment to Puri Bhaji.
