Health Tips for Winter


Typically, the cold makes people a little lazier. Getting up in the morning to exercise takes much more will power. As the physical activity reduces and the weather gets cold and try, we become increasingly susceptible to colds, coughs and fever.

Here are some health tips to keep you fit during this winter season.
1) Manage dryness:

In most of the places in India, winters are very dry and harsh. so With the falling temperatures,humidity and the dryness cause skin problems.Keep your skin in proper condition with a good moisturizer. Use a humidifier when you went outside for travel to prevent respiratory illnesses. Keep your body hydrated with warm intake of water and Enjoy the winter with complete health and well-being.
2) Exercise:
Exercise keeps the body in warming mode,which is most important during winter season.basic level of exercise keep the under warn. Climbing stairs and doing just pull-ups,push ups in the morning/evening will be enough.
3) Keep warm:
Don’t be too brave the cold by going out for walks in the late evening without wearing something warm. Cover your feet and neck appropriately, as these are two parts of the body that are most prone to the cold.
Get much sun as possible. because sunshine has vitamin D, which boosts your immunity. Consider taking a short walk after lunch. It does not have to be a brisk walk.
4) Increase your intake of vitamin C:
Basically Vitamins in generally protect you from many of the diseases such as coughs,fever,weekneess. Vitamin C is particularly will protect you against colds and coughs. Citrus fruits, such as oranges are good sources of Vitamin C.
5) Manage stress:
Most of the time stress impacts your immune system and can make you more susceptible to illness. One way to do this is to get proper sleep.
